Refund Policy – Maggie’s
Last updated: 23/12/2025 At Maggie’s, we make fresh, perishable pet food. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are valid only on Trial Packs.
  • Treats, gelatos, supplements, and subscription meals are non-refundable.
  • Only unopened packs are eligible for refund.

2. Trial Pack Refund

  • A no-questions-asked refund is available within 15 days of your first purchase, applicable only to Trial Packs.
  • If your pet does not accept the food, we will arrange a pickup of unopened packs.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and verified.

3. Subscriptions

For monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly subscriptions, once the first delivery is completed, remaining deliveries are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, at Maggie’s discretion.
  • Processing timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Taxes & Charges

  • GST will not be refunded if the refund request is made after the 7th of the following month.
  • Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
